General Returns/ Refund Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on

1.     Customer can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

2.     In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:-

·         Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

·         Has missing parts or accessories

·         Is different from what was ordered

·         Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

·         Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

·         All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3.     For returns we request you to kindly pack your item properly we will get your packet picked up from your premises. In case of non serviceable area i.e.  in which the reverse shipment is not available, then buyer has to self-ship their product(s) & pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

4.      The product amount will be credited back to his/her PayTM wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done. The Buyer has to share their PayTM number for receiving their refund. The refund process will be initiated only when we will receive our product & it can take upto 10-15 days.

5.     The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. This is applicable on all offers and promotions.
